Americans Support Higher Insurance Rates for Smokers; Not So Much for Obese People (you don't say...)

    The insurance cost for the smokers is very high this is because they risk many kinds of cancers that can be cured.Well i think it is right to have higher premiums so that some of people may quit smoking.
