Terry's screaming of "SHUT UP !", followed by a quiet "thank you",

references Cheech and Chong's comedy sketch „Sister Mary Elephant“.

Francine's subsequent behavior, e.g. sounding and moving like a chicken

is a reference to a character from "Up in Smoke", Cheech and Chong's first feature-length film,
released on 09/15/1978, marking its 35^th anniversary in 2013.

Here's the scene that's being referenced, featuring the original „Ajax Lady“,
who, after snorting some cleaning product, behaves pretty weird, e.g. sounding and moving like a chicken:

Directly after this spectacle is over, the van that belongs to the dumb cops is being put into temporary focus:

The street address reads 518 N. FIGUEROA and we know that it's in Los Angeles, California.

Francine is in a perky mood until Greg and Terry feature her in a story of "Baby Franny",
a toddler that fell into a well 35 years ago ("35^th anniversary"), eventually having been rescued.

In one particular scene, Francine uses a calculator app.

In a row, Francine types 675, directly being followed by 843 (it happens so fast, one can hardly see it) and 27.= 9 + 6 and 9 = 15 and 9.

The Boston explosions took place at 666 Boylston St. and 699 Boylston St, Boston, MA, 02116 = „911 2.0“. 
The Boston incident itself was not „911 2.0“, but another hint; something like a prologue before the real deal.
